Kumaon or Kumaun is one of the two divisions of Uttarakhand state . Its headquarter is located at beautiful lake city Nainital . Kumaon Division consists of six districts Almora , Bageshwar , Champawat , Nainital , Pithoragarh and Udham Singh Nagar .
